Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Infinidatum website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, free tool users, registered account holders, and consultant subscribers. The Service is operated by Infinidatum LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a company organized under the laws of the United States.
Free Tools
Infinidatum offers free AI tools (ROI calculators, readiness assessments, vendor evaluation tools, and more) that are available without registration or payment. Free tools:
Require no account, credit card, or personal information
Process data in your browser — inputs are not stored on our servers unless you are logged in
Are provided "as is" for educational, research, and business planning purposes
May be used for any legitimate business or personal purpose
Infinidatum AI Strategy Lab Plans
Infinidatum offers paid subscription plans for AI leaders and consultants. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Pricing & Billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Infinidatum does not store credit card information.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until the next renewal after the effective date.
You will receive an email receipt for each billing cycle.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Usage Limits
Free: 5 reports per month, ROI Calculator (Lite), 1 Weekly Briefing article/month, 1 demo Decision Lab scenario.
Analyst ($29/mo): 10 reports/month, all Weekly Briefing, 5 core tools (ROI, Readiness, Governance, Build vs Buy, Vendor Eval).
Strategist ($49/mo): 20 reports/month, all 30+ tools, Decision Lab scenarios.
Leader ($149/mo): 50 reports/month, white-label PDF reports, team scenarios, office hours priority.
Unused reports do not roll over to the next billing period.
Report limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation & Refunds
No refunds once subscribed. All payments are final. No refunds are issued once you have subscribed, regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or whether you have used the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to us requesting cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period or unused reports.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to previously generated reports for 90 days.
After 90 days, report data and client workspaces are permanently deleted unless you request an export.
Account & Security
An account is required to subscribe and access the Consultant Portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscription entitlements are non-transferable.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
White-Label License
Leader-tier subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Permitted Uses
Apply your company name, logo, brand colors, and contact information to generated PDF reports
Distribute white-label reports to your clients as part of your consulting engagements
Present report contents in client meetings, proposals, and presentations
Include report data and findings in your own advisory deliverables
Store and archive reports for your internal records
Restrictions
No sublicensing: You may not grant white-label rights to third parties or resell access to the platform itself.
No data extraction: You may not systematically extract, scrape, or republish the underlying benchmark data, industry multipliers, or proprietary datasets outside of generated reports.
No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer the calculation methodologies, scoring algorithms, or data models.
No competing product: You may not use the platform, its data, or outputs to build a competing product or service.
No misrepresentation: You may not represent that the underlying data, methodologies, or analysis is your own original work. If asked about the data source, you must acknowledge it is powered by third-party benchmark data.
License Termination
The white-label license is active only during your active subscription period. Upon cancellation or termination, you may continue to use and distribute reports generated during your subscription, but you may not generate new reports. Infinidatum retains ownership of all underlying intellectual property.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, benchmark data, calculation engines, scoring methodologies, and proprietary datasets are and remain the exclusive property of Infinidatum LLC. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Specifically, Infinidatum retains all rights in:
Proprietary benchmark data derived from data on $500M+ in AI deployments — $100B+ value delivered, 380% avg ROI
Industry multipliers, cost models, risk factors, and success probability data
Scoring algorithms, calculation engines, and analytical frameworks
Case study databases and deployment outcome data
Report templates, layout designs, and formatting
The Infinidatum name, logo, and brand identity
The white-label license grants usage rights to report outputs only. It does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property.
Use of Service
Permitted Uses
Calculating AI ROI, readiness, and business metrics for your organization or clients
Assessing AI readiness and planning implementations
Evaluating vendors and comparing technology options
Any legitimate business, research, or educational purpose
Prohibited Uses
Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfering with or disrupting the Service infrastructure
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in violation of these Terms
Systematically extracting benchmark data or datasets outside of normal report generation
Sharing your subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties
Generating reports for the purpose of building a competing product
User Content & Data
When you use our tools or generate reports, you provide input data. By providing this data:
You grant us a license to process your inputs to generate calculated results and reports
You grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our tools and benchmark datasets
You retain ownership of your input data and generated report outputs
You represent that you have the right to provide the data you enter, including any client data in consultant workspaces

Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Infinidatum makes no representations or warranties regarding:
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of calculations, projections, and report outputs
The suitability of our tools, reports, or benchmark data for your specific business needs or client engagements
The accuracy or currency of benchmark data, industry multipliers, or case study information
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
Any specific business outcome or financial result from acting on report recommendations
Our tools provide modeled estimates and analytical frameworks based on proprietary benchmark data and user-provided inputs. Results should be used for planning and decision support, not as the sole basis for business decisions.
ROI projections, cost estimates, risk scores, maturity assessments, and vendor rankings are analytical outputs, not guarantees of future performance. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinidatum LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our tools, calculations, benchmark data, or reports
Any business, investment, or technology decisions made using information from our Service
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers, databases, or stored data
Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the Service
Any damages incurred by your clients as a result of reports you generated using our platform
In no event shall Infinidatum's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Infinidatum in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinidatum LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any claims by your clients related to reports you generated using our platform; or (e) any data you provide through the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
You breach these Terms
We reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users, the Service, or our business interests
We are required to do so by law
Your payment method fails and you do not resolve the issue within 7 days
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to registered users and/or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
