Infinidatum does not advise technology users to select only those vendors with the highest ratings or any particular designation. References to specific vendors, products, or technologies in benchmark data, case studies, or report outputs are for informational and analytical purposes only.

Infinidatum publications, tools, and reports consist of the opinions of Infinidatum's research and analysis organization and should not be construed as statements of fact. Infinidatum disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to this research, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Infinidatum retains any and all intellectual property rights in these materials and requires retention of the copyright mark on all pages, reports, and outputs reproduced or distributed.

Leader-tier subscribers are granted a license to rebrand report outputs with their company identity. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying data, methodologies, or intellectual property. See Terms of Service for the full white-label license terms.

Legal Caveat

Infinidatum is not able to guarantee the accuracy of the information or analysis contained in these materials. Furthermore, Infinidatum is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax, investment, or any other professional services. The information provided through our tools and reports is for general informational and analytical purposes only.

Infinidatum specifically disclaims liability for any damages, claims, or losses that may arise from:

  • Any errors or omissions in these materials, whether caused by Infinidatum or its sources

Unless otherwise set forth in your plan terms, report items may be downloaded and customized for use by the subscriber. The items contained in reports may not be repackaged or resold without a valid Leader-tier subscription (white-label license).

Infinidatum makes no representations or warranties as to the suitability of any report, tool output, or benchmark data for any particular purpose, and disclaims all liability for any damage or loss, whether direct, consequential, incidental, or special, arising out of the use of or inability to use the material or the information provided herein.

The Service, including all tools, reports, data, and analysis, is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness.

Data & Benchmark Disclaimer

Infinidatum's proprietary benchmark data is derived from analysis of real-world AI deployments across multiple industries. While we endeavor to maintain accuracy and currency:

  • Benchmark figures represent historical and analytical data, not predictions of future outcomes
  • Industry averages, cost multipliers, and success probabilities are aggregated from multiple sources and may not reflect any individual organization's experience
  • Data is updated periodically but may not reflect the most recent market conditions, pricing changes, or technology developments
  • Company names in case studies may refer to anonymized or representative deployments; specific details are simplified for analytical purposes
  • Monte Carlo simulations and sensitivity analyses model probability distributions based on historical data and are not forecasts

White-Label Report Disclaimer

Leader-tier subscribers who generate white-label reports for their clients bear sole responsibility for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of input data provided to generate reports
  • The interpretation, presentation, and communication of report outputs to their clients
  • Any advice, recommendations, or decisions made based on report contents
  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in their jurisdiction
  • Ensuring their clients understand the limitations and disclaimers associated with modeled outputs

Infinidatum is not a party to any engagement between Leader-tier subscribers and their clients. The white-label license permits branding customization but does not create any agency, partnership, or advisory relationship between Infinidatum and the consultant's clients.

Governance Principles

Infinidatum is guided by:

  • Independence & Objectivity — No vendor relationships, sponsorships, or pay-for-ranking arrangements influence our data, tools, or recommendations.
  • Transparency — Assumptions, data sources, and methodological limitations are documented. Users can inspect how scores, projections, and recommendations are derived.
  • Data Integrity — Benchmark data is sourced from verified deployments. Methodology updates and data refreshes are documented with effective dates.
  • Accountability — We prioritize clarity over performance claims and long-term trust over short-term growth.
